We strive to deliver fresh, safe, and high-quality products to our customers. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled for orders placed on farmerssolutiongroup.shop.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and consumable products (including Grains, Pulses, Spices, Dry Fruits, Vegetables, Fruits, Animal Feed, Oil Seeds, etc.), returns are accepted only in limited and valid cases.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • There is a quantity mismatch

  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

📌 Important:
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products without valid photo/video proof

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits (unless spoiled at delivery time)

  • Orders returned due to change of mind

  • Incorrect address or refusal without valid reason


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Order not delivered

  • Wrong, damaged, or spoiled product delivered (with proof)

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer / UPI, or

  • Store Credit / Replacement (as per customer preference)

⏳ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or spoiled product, we will:

  • Replace the product OR

  • Issue a refund (subject to availability)

Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:
Before packing or dispatch
Not after the order has been shipped

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Unjustified refusal of delivery may result in account restrictions or future order limitations.


6. How to Request Refund or Replacement

To raise a request, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name & Phone Number

  • Product photo/video

  • Description of the issue

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or not delivered:

  • We will investigate with our delivery partner

  • If confirmed as undelivered, you will receive a full refund or free replacement

8. Changes to This Policy
